How Clubmoni works

Save together. Lend with clear rules. Keep track of every contribution.

Clubmoni brings Book and Hand, Osusu and community funds into one shared record. Your group keeps its way of working, while leaders and members can follow payments, balances and what is due.

From your first member to your first contribution

  1. Choose your group

Start a savings club, union, family fund, alumni group or farming cooperative. Choose the service that fits your community.

  2. Set your rules

Decide how much members contribute, when payments are due and how payouts work. Add lending rules when your group offers loans.

  3. Invite your members

Add a member's name and phone number, then share their private invitation link. They verify their phone with a one-time code and choose a password. Contributions, balances, loans and receipts stay in the Clubmoni app.

  4. Keep money accounted for

Track contributions, review loan requests and record repayments. Leaders manage approvals, while members can check their own balances and payment history.

A simpler way to take part

  • Add money with help

Give cash to an authorised Clubmoni agent, or use Tenkipay yourself. Use your membership code to identify the correct group membership, and check your receipt.

  • Contribute and stay informed

Open Clubmoni on your phone to pay contributions, check your balance and read updates from your group. Use it in your browser or add it to your home screen.

  • Borrow under your group's rules

Where lending is available, request a loan and follow its repayment schedule. Your group reviews the request; a financial history does not guarantee approval.

Your wallet. Your group's records.

Clubmoni keeps a separate record of each member's balance and the group's funds. Tenkipay handles money coming into and leaving Clubmoni through its merchant holding account; these internal balances are not separate Tenkipay accounts.

Payments update after confirmation. Withdrawals follow the applicable approval process and are paid through Tenkipay.
